애완동물 등록절차 저희 회사가 제공하는 마이크로칩은 세계에서 하나 밖에 없는 고유한 번호를 갖고 있으며, 위조/복사가 안 되는 유일한 제품입니다. Joseph Park Contact: Joseph EIE KOREA (www.EIE-KOREA.com) Tel: (031)912-1655 Fax: (031)912-1955 Email: trovankorea@yahoo.co.kr 1). 애완동물/반려동물 등록을 위해선 우선 마이크로칩(ID-100)을 구입한 후 제공된 마이크로칩번호(10 Digit)를 확인하고, 애완동물등록(Animal Registry) 양식에 빈칸이 없도록 정확히 신청자가 직접 기재하여 주시기 바라며 기재사항이 바르게 끝났으면 양식 맨 밑에 있는 확인(Submit)키를 눌러 주면 등록이 완료 됩니다. 등록확인은 등록을 마친 후 저희 회사에 통보하면 잠시 후 등록자 본인이 직접 확인할 수 있습니다. 2). 수령한 Micro-chip은 동물병원이나 수의사의 도움으로 반드시 등록 신청한 해당 동물에게 주입하여 준다(개/고양이의 경우 목 등 뒤쪽의 피하에 시술한다). * Micro-chip(ID-100)은 완전 살균하여 개별 포장되어 있으므로 동물에게 주입 전 까지는 포장을 개봉하지 않는 것이 좋습니다. 3). 이미 애완동물에게 TROVAN의 Micro-chip이 주입되어 있거나, 주입하기 위한 TROVAN Micro-chip을 소지하고 계신 분은 별도로 연락 주시기 바랍니다. 4). 기타 기재내용이 바뀌거나(이사, 전화번호 등 변경), 애완동물의 주인이 바뀌면 저희 회사에 연락하여 수정하여 주시기 바랍니다. |
